Driver was informed on 7 February 2008 that between 14 December 2007 and 3 
January 2008 Strathclyde Pension Fund ('Strathclyde') purchased 435,000 ordinary 
shares of 0.4 pence each in Driver Group plc.

Strathclyde's beneficial holding is now 791,708 representing approximately 3.20 
per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
