Notice of results and trading update

Driver Group, the global consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, announces that its results for the six months ended 31 March 2014 will be released on 20 May 2014.

As announced at the time of AGM, the period under review has seen Asia Pacific and the Middle East both perform ahead of expectations whilst Africa and America have both seen a slow first six months.  The European business has performed in line with expectations as we have increased revenues but also invested in developing partnerships with software businesses and training staff. This investment will enhance the Company's Project Controls and Cost Management offerings through the Group's Project Services business but in the period under review this additional investment cost will impact this region's half year results.  

The Board is pleased with the performance of the Company in the first half and given the current high levels of secured work going into the second half of the year and the expected performance in Asia Pacific and the Middle East, the Board remains confident in respect of its expectations for the full year, which will be more second half weighted than last year.
