Change of Registered Office Address

Driver Group, the global consultancy to engineering and construction industries, announces that it has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2013.

The Annual Report & Accounts is also available to download from the Company's website at www.driver-group.com.

The Company also wishes to announce that it will change the registered office address to the location of the Group's headquarters, Driver House, 4 St Crispin Way, Haslingden, Rossendale, BB4 4PW, UK, effective as of 1 February 2014.
