Driver Group plc (AIM:DRV), the leading global professional services consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, providing multi-disciplinary consultancy services including expert witness, claims and dispute resolution services, announces, further to its announcement on 21 August 2019 of the implementation of a share buy-back programme that, on 7 October 2019, it has purchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 50.00 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.

Total Voting Rights
Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 53,962,868 shares of 0.4 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with one voting right per share. The Company will hold 1,777,811 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 52,185,057.
The above figure of 52,185,057 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
