                           CORRECTION TO RECORD DATE


Dialight plc, the UK based leader in Applied LED Technology, yesterday announced
its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2006.


The announcement stated the dividend will be paid on 12 May 2007 to shareholders
on the register at close of business on 24 March 2007. This date was incorrect
and the dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register at close of
business on 16 March 2007.
