The Company has been notified that, on 8 January 2018 Martin L. Rapp, Group Chief Executive of the Company, purchased a total of 12,500 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company (the ''Transaction'').

 

Following the Transaction, Martin L. Rapp now holds a total of 26,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.08% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
