Late Night Mash to launch on Dave
Digitalbox plc (AIM: DBOX), the mobile-first digital media business, which owns Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash and The Tab, is pleased to announce a brand-new comedy series, Late Night Mash will air on Dave in the autumn.
Inspired by The Daily Mash, the UK's leading news satire site, Late Night Mash is a continuation of the successful BAFTA-nominated show The Mash Report, which aired on BBC2 for four series. As the owner of The Daily Mash, Digitalbox licenses the brand's content for use on television to the show's producers, Zeppotron
Digitalbox CEO James Carter commented: "It's excellent news that the Mash brand will be returning to the nation's TV screens this autumn. The last series of The Mash Report made at the very start of lockdown was a massive success and showed what the hugely creative production team at Zeppotron are capable of. We're delighted our partnership is continuing and can't wait to see the first episode on Dave."
This is a non-regulatory announcement.
