The Company was notified on 9th September 2004 pursuant to section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary
shares ('Shares'):
     
     •    By Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc) that it
          had on 9th September 2004 an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of 
          the Act in 4,737,507 of the Company's Shares representing 5.92% of the 
          issued share capital of the Company.
