The Company was notified on 31st December 2004 pursuant to section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary
shares ('Shares'):

•     By Lincoln Assurance Limited (a subsidiary of Lincoln National (UK)
      PLC) that it had on 23rd December 2004 ceased to have a notifiable 
      interest in Shares pursuant to the Act.
