The Company was notified on 30th November 2006 pursuant to section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary
shares ('Shares'):

• By Morgan Stanley Securities Limited that it had on 28th November 2006
  an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 3,077,993 of the
  Company's shares representing 4.94% of the issued share capital of the 
  Company.
