Exercise of Options


Dillistone, the AIM quoted supplier of recruitment software, announces that application has been made for the admission of 2,971 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of Dillistone ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM following the exercise, on 3 November 2009 by an employee, of share options granted on 3 May 2006 under the Company's share option schemes ("Share Options").  The exercise price of the Share Options was 16.154 pence per Ordinary Share.


These new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with all existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that dealing in the new Ordinary Shares will commence on 9 November 2009.

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the exercise of the Share Options is 5,665,441 with each Ordinary Share holding one voting right.  There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
