Awards under the Diploma PLC 2004 Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') to Executive

I Henderson     23,031     Ordinary Shares

NP Lingwood     23,031     Ordinary Shares


The Awards made today are subject to performance conditions measured over a
three Year Performance Period ending on 30 September 2009.  A summary of the
LTIP, including the performance conditions relating to the Awards, is set out in
the 2006 Annual Report of the Company.
