Diploma PLC has been notified that Johnny Thomson has exercised his options over 74,804 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company, granted on 23 November 2020 under the Diploma PLC 2020 Performance Share Plan ("PSP"), resulting in an increase to his shareholding of 39,646 shares after covering the tax and national insurance liability on the PSP award in accordance with normal practice. The net shares are required to be held until the fifth anniversary of the date of grant of the PSP award.

This award vested after meeting performance conditions measured over a three-year period ended 30 September 2023. Further details relating to the performance conditions of these awards are set out in the Annual Report & Accounts 2023, which will be mailed to shareholders in due course.
