Further to the publication on 20 March 2019 of the Direct Line Insurance Group plc (the "Company") 2018 Annual Report & Accounts, the Company announces that it has, today, made the following documents available to shareholders:

·      2019 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM")

·      2019 Annual General Meeting Form of Proxy ("Form of Proxy")
