Blavod Extreme Spirits Plc ('Blavod') announces that it has signed a Letter of
Intent to form a joint venture company with one of the world's leading beverage
alcohol producers. The joint venture will be a 50:50 partnership to exploit the
respective strengths of the two companies. Blavod will announce further details
in due course.

Blavod Extreme Spirits, plc (BES.L), established in 2003, is a London-based and
publicly traded company, with U.S. subsidiary offices, Blavod Extreme Spirits
USA, Inc., headquartered in Franklin, Tenn.  In addition to Blavod Black Vodka,
