Board Changes

13th October 2011

The Company announces that Richard Ambler, Managing Director, is to leave the Company and step down from the Board with effect from 28th October 2011.

Non executive Chairman Don Goulding will increase his involvement and become an Executive Chairman whilst a successor is sought.

Don Goulding commented "I would like to express thanks to Richard on behalf of the Board and Shareholders for his contribution to Blavod over the last few years in what have been challenging circumstances.
