Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today of the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares').

Richard Ambler, Managing Director, purchased 104,367 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.5 pence per share on 27 November 2008, and 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 4.2p a share on 25 November 2008. Mr Ambler is now interested in 859,367 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.98 per cent of the issued share capital.
