                                Grant of Options


The Board of the Company today announces that, under the Company's US Options
Scheme, it has granted options over 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
('Ordinary Shares') to Mr Jeff Hopmayer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company,
at an exercise price of 20.5p per Ordinary Share. No consideration was paid for
the grant of these options.

The above options are exercisable from today until 18 March 2015.
