Director Shareholding


The Company was notified on 30 June 2006 that Colin Campbell, Chairman,
purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 17.78p per share
on 29 June 2006.

As a result of this transaction Mr Campbell is now interested in 25,000 ordinary
shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
