                                HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company was informed on 23 August 2004 that following the sale of 1,000,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 22p per share
on 20 August 2004 Extreme Beverage Company, LLC ('Extreme') are interested in
8,739,039 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.35 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company. The sale was in order to satisfy amounts contractually
owed by Extreme to third parties, as described in the Company's prospectus dated
23 December 2003.
