The following replaces the Issue of Equity announcement released on 16 December
at 8.43am under RNS number 7766V the number of shares allotted was incorrect.
The full correct version of the announcement appears below:



The Board is pleased to announce that on 16 November, pursuant to the agreement
entered into with Headstart Group of Funds which was announced on 29 November
2005, the Company has issued and allotted 590,261 new ordinary shares of 1p each
for cash at a price of 25.4125p per new ordinary share.



Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM as
soon as practicable.
