Result of EGM

The Company is pleased to announce that at the extraordinary general meeting
held earlier today, the Ordinary Resolution was passed.

As a result of the Resolution being passed, the Company is to dispose of the
business and assets of Blavod Extreme Spirits USA, Inc. Following the Company's
announcement on 21 September, completion is expected to take place by 28
September 2007 at the latest.
