Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (LSE: DGOC), the US based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil wells as well as midstream assets, announces that on 30 October 2020, Brad Gray, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in DGO ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at an average price of 109.80 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr. Gray now holds 2,317,981 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.
