Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (AIM: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil producing assets, announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 ("Annual Report") and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders today.

The AGM is to be held at 12.00 p.m. on 17 April 2019 at the offices of Buchanan Communications Limited, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.

The Annual Report and the Notice of AGM have been uploaded to the Company's website at www.dgoc.com.

As announced on 14 December 2018, the Q3 2018 dividend of 3.30 cents per share will be paid on 29 March 2019 to shareholders on the register on 8 March 2019.

Details of the final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2018 were announced on 28 February 2019. A final dividend of 3.40 cents per ordinary share will be paid on 28 June 2019, to shareholders on the register on 31 May 2019, subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM.
