Settlement of Warrants

Diversified Energy Company (LSE:DEC) announces its agreement to cancel 477,105 outstanding warrants for an aggregate principal amount of approximately £195,613 (equivalent USD of approximately $262,685^(a)). Such warrants will be surrendered to the Company for cancellation. Following this purchase, 645,529 warrants remain outstanding.

This notification complies with LR 12.5.2R in relation to the cancellation of the warrants.
