DNO International ASA will release its interim results for the third
quarter of 2008 to the Oslo Stock Exchange on Wednesday 12 November,
2008. Please note that the date for the release has been moved to 12
November (from 11 November in prior communication).

On the release day, representatives from DNO International ASA will
give a presentation of the financial statements for the third
quarter.

The presentation will be held at 08:00 A.M. on Wednesday 12 November,
2008 in Vika Kino in Ruseløkkveien 14 (next to Konserthuset) in Oslo.
The presentation starts at 08:00 A.M.

The presentation can also be followed live on the internet, via a

archived version of the webcast will be posted on www.dno.no shortly
