DOMINO'S PIZZA UK & IRL PLC
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND SUB-DIVISION OF SHARE CAPITAL
Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc (the 'Company') has today posted its Annual Report &
Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2006 together with a notice of the
Company's annual general meeting ('AGM') to its shareholders. The AGM will be
held on 26 April 2007.
On 20 February 2007 the Company announced a proposed sub-division of the
Company's share capital. The directors, having consulted with the Company's
brokers, considered that having a larger number of ordinary shares with a lower
market value than at present may facilitate marketability and liquidity of the
Company's shares. At the time it was envisaged that each existing ordinary share
of 5 pence each would be divided into approximately 3 shares of 1.67 pence each.
The proposal has now been further refined so that it is intended to sub-divide
each ordinary share of 5 pence each into precisely 3.2 new ordinary shares of
1.5625 pence each. An ordinary resolution to effect that sub-division will be
proposed at the AGM. Further details in connection with the proposed
sub-division are contained in the explanatory notes that accompany the notice of
the AGM.
