BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION
Pursuant to LR 3.5.5R Domino's Pizza Group Plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for block listings in respect of a total of 7,586,322 ordinary shares of 25/48ths of a penny each in the Company (the "New Shares"), which will replace the Company's block listings cancelled as a result of the share sub-division which became effective on 27 June 2016.
The New Shares are currently expected to be issued pursuant to the Company's obligations under the following schemes:

Assuming these applications are successful, the block listings will be admitted to the Official List, and on issue the New Shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 11 July 2016.
