Companies Act notification
Further to the announcement made on 19 November 2015, Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") confirms that Paul Doughty resigned as a director and employee of the Company on 31 December 2015.
Mr Doughty has been paid up to that date, and no further payments are due to him. Accordingly, there are no matters required to be disclosed under s430(2B) Companies Act 2006.
