Director Dealings: Charitable Gift

Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ('the Company') announces that it was informed today of the following transaction in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). 

Colin Halpern, the non-executive Vice Chairman of the Company today donated 200,000 Ordinary Shares held by H S Real LLC (a company owned by a discretionary trust, the beneficiaries of which are the adult children of Colin and Gail Halpern) and Dayenu Limited to The American Society for Yad Vashem, friends of Yad Vashem, The Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Authority.

As a result of this transaction Colin Halpern's interests in Ordinary Shares have reduced to 10,507,328 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.52% of the issued share capital of the Company.
