Performance share awards
On 9 June 2014, performance share awards ("Awards") over ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each in Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") were made to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") as follows:

The Part A LTIP Awards were each granted under and subject to the terms of Part A of the Domino's Pizza Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2012 (the "LTIP").
The Awards were structured as nil cost options and will normally become exercisable as from the third anniversary of grant, subject to continued employment and to the extent total shareholder return and earnings per share targets are achieved over a three year performance period.
Once vested, the Awards shall ordinarily remain exercisable until the tenth anniversary of the grant of the Awards.
No consideration was paid for the grant of the Awards and no consideration is due on the maturity of the Awards.
The Company was informed of the above transactions on 13 June 2014.
Option awards
On 9 June 2014, share option awards ("Options") over ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each in Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") were made to certain PDMRs as follows:

The Options were each granted under a one-off arrangement to make good certain contractual promises and delayed grants.
The Options will normally become exercisable as from the relevant normal vesting date noted above, subject to continued employment and to the extent earnings per share targets are achieved over applicable three year performance periods.
Once vested, the Options shall ordinarily remain exercisable until no later than 25 February 2023.
No consideration was paid for the grant of the Option, the relevant Option Price noted in the table above is payable in connection with the exercise of the Options.
The Company was informed of the above transactions on 13 June 2014.
Sharesave scheme awards
On 13 June 2014 the Company was notified that SAYE 2014 options grant contracts commenced on 1 June 2014 for eligible employees of Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland Limited, the Company's main operating subsidiaries in the UK and Ireland, with an option price of £4.34 relating to savings made over a three year period. This includes the following PDMR:
