Directors Dealings

Dominos' Pizza UK & IRL plc ('the Company' or 'Domino's') today announced that
on the 20 February 2007 it was informed of the following transactions in respect
of the Company's Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company
('Ordinary Shares').

Nigel Wray, a non-executive Director of the company, has disposed of 491,286
shares on the 20 February 2007 at a price of 670 pence per ordinary share.  In
addition, 2,268,714 shares were disposed of by Abacus (CI) Limited, who are the
trustees of one of Nigel Wray's trusts, the beneficiaries of which are the
children of Nigel Wray. As a result of this transaction Mr. Wray's beneficial
interests in the ordinary shares of the Company have reduced from 14,164,725
ordinary shares to 11,404,725 ordinary shares representing 22.12% of the
Company's current issued share capital.

Colin Halpern, the Chairman of the Company disposed of 350,000 shares held by H
S Real Company LLC on the 20 February 2007 at a price of 670 pence per ordinary
share.  H S Real Company LLC is owned by a discretionary trust the beneficiaries
of which are the adult children of Colin and Gail Halpern. As a result of the
above transactions Mr. Halpern's interests in the ordinary shares of the Company
have reduced from 6,383,540 ordinary shares to 6,033,540 ordinary shares
representing 11.70 % of the Company's current issued share capital.

Stephen Hemsley, the Chief Executive of the Company disposed of 257,831 shares
on the 20 February 2007 at a price of 670 pence per ordinary share.  As a result
of the above transactions Mr. Hemsley's interests in the ordinary shares of the
Company have reduced from 2,457,831 ordinary shares to 2,200,000 ordinary shares
representing 4.27 % of the Company's current issued share capital.
