('Domino's' or 'the Company')
Sale and purchase of shares by Directors and an increase in a disclosable
holding
HS Real, LLC, which holds shares on behalf of discretionary trusts the
beneficiaries of which are the adult children of Colin Halpern, Chairman, and
his wife Gail, has sold or agreed to sell an aggregate of 8,000,000 shares at
50 pence per share, principally to Nigel Wray, Director, and RBSM
(Investments) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of RBS Mezzanine Limited.
Nigel Wray has purchased 5,500,000 of these shares. Following this purchase
Nigel Wray is interested in 13,741,411 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.48 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
RBSM (Investments) Limited has purchased 1,500,000 of these shares. Following
this purchase RBSM (Investments) Limited is interested in 3,162,618 Ordinary
Shares, representing 6.33 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
Following completion of the disposals Colin Halpern will be interested in
19,074,006 Ordinary Shares, representing 38.15 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
