                         DOMINO'S PIZZA UK & IRL PLC


Following an announcement made on 5th August 2003 in which the company was
notified of a beneficial interest pursuant to a loan agreement between HS Real
Co. LLC and Yoav Gottesman Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc (the 'Company') announces
that Yoav Gottesman, a non-executive director of the Company, notified the
Company on 23rd October 2003 that he has acquired on that date for an aggregate
consideration of £147,350, 350,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') from H S Real Co. LLC, a company associated with Colin Halpern, a
director of the Company.



Following this notification, Mr Gottesman is deemed to be interested in 746,379
Ordinary Shares and Mr Halpern is deemed to be interested in 12,155,497 Ordinary
Shares.  Mr Halperns interest held by International Franchise Systems Inc
beneficially for HS Real Co.LLC and by HS Real Co LLC, which is owned by a
discretionary trust, the beneficiaries of which are the adult children of Colin
and Gail Halpern.
