AIM-listed Domino's Pizza UK&IRL plc ('the Company' or 'Domino's', symbol: DOM),
the UK's leading pizza delivery company, announces today that it has accepted
the resignation of Yoav Gottesman, a non-executive director of the Company.


Chairman, Colin Halpern, said:


'Yoav has been a non-executive director of the Company since November 1999.
Domino's has greatly benefited from his wealth of industry experience, his
objectivity and his passion for the brand. On behalf of the Company and our
shareholders, I should like to very much thank Yoav and wish him well with his
future ventures.'


Mr Gottesman, 51, has also resigned as a director of Domino's Pizza Group
Limited ('DPG'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. DPG holds the master
franchise licence to own, operate and franchise Domino's Pizza stores in the UK
and Ireland.


Both resignations are effective immediately and the Company expects to announce
the appointment of a new non-executive director shortly.
