Director Change and Board Composition

The Company announces today that Peter Klauber, having served on the Board for 3 years, will step down as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 30 September 2011. The Company would like to thank Peter for his significant contribution to the Board during this time.

Details of two new Non-Executive Directors (Syl Saller and Helen Keays who join the Board on 20 September 2011) were announced on 20 June 2011. With effect from 30 September 2011, the Board will comprise three Executive Directors, six Non-Executive Directors and the Chairman. The Davies Review of Women on Boards recommended that FTSE 350 companies set out the percentage of women they aim to have on their board in 2013 and 2015. From 30 September 2011, female representation on the Board will be 20%.

Further information on how the Company intends to comply with remaining Davies report recommendations will be included in the 2011 Annual Report.
