                     Appointment of New Finance Director


Lee Dale Ginsberg has accepted an offer to join to the Board of Domino's Pizza
UK & IRL plc, as Finance Director and Company Secretary.  The appointment is
effective from Monday, 1 November 2004.


Ginsberg, 47, brings with him a wealth of experience, having held a number of
senior financial positions in the retail and leisure sectors.


Previously, he worked for Health Club Holdings Limited, formerly Holmes Place
plc, where he was Group Finance Director with responsibility for finance, IT,
procurement, legal, health and safety and investor liaison. Before moving to
Holmes Place in 1998, Ginsberg was Group Finance Director of Etam plc and, prior
to that, in 1996, Finance Director of the UK side of the jeweller Signet plc.


Commenting on the appointment, Ginsberg says: 'This position presents me with an
exciting opportunity to contribute towards achieving Domino's future growth

Ginsberg takes over from Andrew Mallows who will become Operations Director with
a dedicated focus on the areas of property acquisition, franchisee recruitment
and foodservice. Mallows will no longer serve as Company Secretary for Domino's
Pizza UK & IRL plc but will remain a Board Director of Domino's Pizza Group Ltd.


Lee is married with four children.
