The Company was informed on 4 January 2000, that on 29
December 1999, HS Real Company, LLC, had sold 815,000
ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') at 70p per share. HS
Real Company, LLC holds shares on behalf of discretionary
trusts the beneficiaries of which are the adult children
of Colin and Gail Halpern, Chairman of the Company,
Following this disposal, Colin Halpern is interested in
29,005,899 Ordinary Shares, representing 58.01 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was informed on 4 January 2000 that, on 29
December 1999, Nigel Wray, a Director of the Company, had
bought 815,000 ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') at 70p
per share. The Company was also informed that the minor
children of Nigel Wray had purchased 4,000 in the Offer
for Subscription.
Following these transactions, Nigel Wray is interested in
8,241,411 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.98 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company.
