General Meeting - Voting Results
The Company announces that at its General Meeting ('GM') held today, 10 January 2017, shareholders voted in favour of the Special Resolution as set out in the Circular sent to shareholders on 1 December 2016.
The following is a summary of voting at the GM, which was conducted on a poll:

As noted in the Circular dated 1 December 2016, the Related Parties (which includes the Company's largest shareholder, OppenheimerFunds Inc) undertook to abstain from voting on the resolution in accordance with the requirements of the Listing Rules.
A copy of the Special Resolution passed at the GM will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
