DOMINOS PIZZA UK & IRL PLC (the 'Company')
Proposed Move to the Main List of the London Stock Exchange
Further to the Company's announcement on 19 February 2008 stating that the
Company had commenced the process to apply for admission to the Official List of
the FSA and to trading on the main market of the LSE for listed securities, the
Company announces that it is continuing to progress the preparation of its
prospectus in support of its application for admission to the main market of the
LSE.
Pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules, the Company hereby gives notice of the
intended cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's issued share
capital on AIM. It is expected that the Ordinary Shares will be simultaneously
cancelled from trading on AIM and admitted to listing on the Official List of
the FSA and to trading on the main market of the LSE on 19 May 2008, subject to
the receipt of the necessary approvals from the UKLA.
