GENERAL MEETING - VOTING RESULTS

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that at its General Meeting ('GM') held today, 1 July 2019, shareholders voted in favour of the Special Resolution as set out in the Circular sent to shareholders on 4 June 2019.

The following is a summary of voting at the GM, which was conducted on a poll:
