Grant of Options

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that pursuant to granting of options under the Group's approved Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Scheme, the Company has granted a total of 750,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company on 9^th April 2015 (the "Options"), representing 0.26% of dotDigital's current issued share capital. The exercise price for the Options is 31.5 pence, being the mid-closing share price on 9^th April 2015. The Options are subject to certain vesting criteria being met and have been granted to 2 key employees.

Following this grant of the Options, the total number of share options over ordinary shares outstanding will be 13,567,724 representing 4.77% of dotDigital's current issued share capital.
