Proposed Maiden Dividend

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that further to the Final results for the year ended 30 June 2013, the Company proposes a maiden final dividend of 0.1p per share.

If approved at the Annual General Meeting on 17^th December 2013, the dividend timetable will be as follows:

Ex-Dividend Date	8 January 2014
Record Date	10 January 2014
Expected Payment Date	31 January 2014
