ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: 2012

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, held its AGM earlier today and is pleased to announce that all resolutions were duly passed.

Following the formal proceedings Peter Simmonds, Chief Executive Officer made the following statement:

The Board is delighted with the progress made during the year reflecting our continued focus on strong organic growth through new and more valuable client wins and continued investment in new products and services.

As outlined in our Final Results our three key strategic goals for 2012/13 are to:

·     Further enhance the dotMailer platform ensuring its international competitiveness as a leading self-service multi-channel marketing automation toolkit for mid-size and larger companies

·     Increase the overall proportion of recurring revenues in the business and specifically  increase the level of longer term contracted revenues across the dotMailer user base

·     Expand our global footprint through strategic partnerships and office openings in selected international locations

We believe that the strategy outlined at the time of our Final Results represents a sound model for the coming year creating a balanced focus between short term profits and longer term growth.

As testament to this growth strategy we have been delighted with the continued support of our long term shareholders together with recently announced new shareholders including Investec who announced a significant shareholding in dotDigital in October.

In closing I would like to take this opportunity to again thank our employees for their continued commitment to dotDigital and their exemplary performance over the past year.

We look forward to updating the market on half year trading for the six months ended 31 December 2012 in mid January 2013.
