2017 Annual Report and Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting
DP Eurasia (DPEU.L), the master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, announces that the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017, the notice convening the Group's 2018 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy, have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders.
The 2017 Annual Report and Accounts, notice of 2018 AGM and form of proxy were made available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website at www.dpeurasia.com on 12 April 2018 and copies of the documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk.
DP Eurasia's 2018 AGM will be held on 24 May 2018. The meeting will be held at the offices of Houthoff Coöperatief U.A., Gustav Mahlerplein 50, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, commencing at 14:00 pm (CEST).

DP Eurasia N.V. is the exclusive master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. The Company was admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc on 3 July 2017. The Company (together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is the largest pizza delivery company in Turkey and the third largest in Russia.
