Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Further to the intention announced on 18 December 2020, DP Poland plc is delighted to announce the appointment of Malgorzata Potkanska to the Board of the Company as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
Malgorzata has spent the last four years working as the Chief Financial Officer of Dominium S.A., where she was also a member of the Management Board from January 2018. Dominium S.A. was acquired by DP Poland plc by way of a reverse takeover which completed in January 2021. Prior to her role at Domiunium S.A., Malgorzata has held various financial roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers followed by Fox International Channels Poland.
