NOTICE OF CHANGE TO DIRECTOR DETAILS

Drax advises that Tony Quinlan the Finance Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Port of London Authority ("PLA") with effect from 1 March 2012.  He will also be appointed as Chairman of the PLA Audit Committee in May 2012.

There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
