Notice of Half Year Results Announcement

Drax Group plc ("Drax") confirms that it will be announcing its Half Year Results for the six months ended 30 June 2011 on Tuesday 2 August 2011.

Information regarding the results presentation meeting and call-in arrangements is detailed below.

Results presentation meeting and call-in arrangements

Management will host a presentation for analysts and investors at 9:00am (UK Time), Tuesday 2 August 2011, at Deutsche Bank, Winchester House, 1 Great Winchester Street,
London, EC2N 2DB.
