Director's share dealings


It was announced today that Angus Forrest had purchased an additional
2,000,000 Ordinary shares for £16,750, in two transactions; 1,250,000 @ 0.80p
per share on Wednesday 13 June and 750,000 @ 0.90p per share on Thursday 14
June.



Mr Forrest's total holding following this notification is 62,000,000 ordinary
shares in Billam, representing 7.27 per cent. of the issued share capital.



The Company was advised of these transactions on 14 June.
