The directors of Billam Plc are delighted with the successful flotation of
CybIT Holdings plc on Friday 16 March.  At the mid-market price on 20 March
2001 of 3.5p this values Billam's shareholding at £9.5 million.

In response to numerous enquiries the directors of Billam stated that the
preliminary announcement of the results for the year to 31 December 2000 will
be made tomorrow, Wednesday 21 March 2001.
